, owner: Steve brings 33 years experience in heating, cooling and construction, including six years with Best Water and Air his position as owner. California born and raised, he apprenticed in heating and air conditioning in the 1970s, racking up hundreds of hours in college business courses, specialty workshops and seminars, and in the trades. Steve is a certified geothermal designer through the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association, and is pleased to bring that specialty to Earthbound Energy Resources and Best Water & Air.

Serving the Central Coast for 15 years, Best Water & Air's goal is to bring respectability, honesty, and integrity, back to the industry while providing the highest quality in service, parts, and labor in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.
